The parade kicks off at 12 noon from the intersection of Mamaroneck Avenue and Old Mamaroneck Road. The parade continues down Mamaroneck Avenue to Main Street where it makes a right-hand turn and passes in front of City Hall. The parade ends after City Hall at EJ Conroy Drive. The parade route is just under a mile and takes about one hour to complete. The parade goes on RAIN OR SHINE. The parade will not be canceled unless weather conditions are unsafe. Rain is NOT unsafe, unfortunately.

Marchers should plan to gather at about 11:15 am to be lined up in the appropriate divisions. The Line of March will be posted on the website www.wpsaintpatricksdayparade.com the week of the parade. Check to see what division your group is in.

There will be two registration desks. Registration for Divisions One and Two is located at the corner of Mamaroneck Avenue and Edgewood Street in front of the dry cleaners, near the Italian Pavilion. The registration desk for Divisions Three and Four will be on the opposite side of Mamaroneck Avenue near CVS and the Citgo Station. One person from each group should alert the registration desk that your group is here. If you are in Division One or Two, your group members can assemble near the Citgo Station 430 Mamaroneck Avenue and the group leader and marshals can then direct them to their actual location in the parade. If you are in Division Three or Four, your group should assemble farther back near True Value Hardware 488 Mamaroneck Avenue. Again, your group leader and the marshals will direct you to your place in the line. As the time for the stepping off of the parade gets close, please don’t disappear down a side street!

Floats 1 – 8* will be located on Mamaroneck Avenue, on the CVS side of the street. Floats 9 -16* will be lined up on Old Mamaroneck Road. The Line of March will list the number and sponsor of your float to help you identify your float. Feel free to bring a banner or other decorations for your group. (*Float locations may change depending on the number of floats.)

There will be Parade Marshals on the street directing marchers to the appropriate area to gather. They will be wearing green, white, and orange sashes. Typically, Divisions One and Two gather close to the Italian Pavilion (see map) near Mamaroneck Avenue and Old Mamaroneck Road. Divisions Three and Four are typically located farther down Mamaroneck Avenue closer to the CVS Pharmacy.

Escort and Military Divisions will be in the front of the parade and marchers in those divisions should gather near Italian Pavilion 377 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains.

Mamaroneck Avenue will be closed at Bloomingdale Road. Old Mamaroneck Road will be closed near Bryant Avenue. Livingston Avenue will be closed for a block on either side of Mamaroneck Avenue. You can drop off marchers on Greenridge Avenue and Livingston Avenue for Divisions One and Two. For Divisions Three and Four, you can also drop off on Greenridge Avenue and Livingston Avenue or at Mamaroneck Avenue and Bloomingdale Road. Marchers can be picked up on Hamilton Avenue near EJ Conroy Drive.

Parking is suggested at the Chester-Maple Lot. There is a City MD Urgent Care Center just across the street from the parking lot. You can use that as an address to find the lot which again is across the street and just past City MD. You can also park at the municipal lot on the corner of EJ Conroy Drive and Hamilton Avenue at the end of the parade. If you put EJ Conroy Drive into Google Maps, you can find the lot. The garage is accessible from Hamilton Avenue which is open.
